AutoRemind works with a number of Practice/Business Management Systems. It is integrated within the scheduling component of those software packages and works seamlessly with them with no real need for you to train your staff on its usage.

You do not need to install any software or hardware just register with us and activate your account with the username and password that we will give you. You will then be Autoremind enabled and can start to remind you customers of their appointments with text messages (SMS), voice calls and emails.

When scheduling an appointment for your patient/customer you will be asked to setup a reminder profile (see image. Visual appearance may vary from system to system). Once a customer has a profile then your Practice/Business Management System and AutoRemind will do the rest for you, and make sure your customers are reminded about their appointment on time every time.

AutoRemind is approved by all US cellular carriers. You do not need to obtain approval from your customers to remind them of their appointments via phone messages. AutoRemind will collect all the approvals for you and will inform your patients/customers of how they can block further messages, and how to maintain their profile which will determine which types of reminder messages they will receive at what time of day.

AutoRemind is HIPAA compliant. The U.S. Department of health and human services states clearly that reminders can be sent without requiring any prior patient authorization. See more here >>
