If yes, then this page will supply you with more information regarding our Autoremind service. Your health or service provider utilizes AutoRemind as a tool to improve the service offered to you, the customer, and to optimize the administration of their business. AutoRemind allows your health / service provider to communicate electronically with mobile devices (cellular phones), landline phones and e-mail accounts. It is a well documented fact that Autoremind will reduce the number of customers which forget their appointment saving them from paying potential penalties. Despite this being a service offered to you we still put you in ‘the driver’s seat’, by enabling you to stop any further messages anytime you want. See our user manual for details. In the not to distant future we will even allow you to edit your own reminder profile. End-user terms and conditions AutoRemind requires no purchase or fee to participate in the service, standard messaging, calling and data fees may apply. Check your mobile plan for more details. Message and Data Rates May Apply. You may receive approx.1-5 messages a month. AutoRemind works on all US carriers, but in order to participate, the recipient’s phone needs to be ‘text-message enabled’ if you choose to receive reminders via such messages (also referred to as SMS). We try to make it so everyone can participate but depending on your carrier, plan and phone we cannot guarantee it’ll work for you. To opt-in or subscribe to our SMS service, text “START” to the following number 74527 and we will guide you through the process with instructions sent to your mobile phone. To stop text messages being sent to you from AutoRemind, you can opt out of the program via SMS. Send the text ”STOP” to 74527. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message following which you will not receive any more text messages from AutoRemind. You can contact us at support@autoremind.us or at any time, from your mobile phone, send a text message with the word ”HELP” to the following number: 74527. AutoRemind work on most networks. AutoRemind is compatible with AT&T handsets.
